⚽ How does team & league photo day work?

We come to your field or gym with pro lights and backdrops, photograph each athlete individually, and build team photos digitally from those shots.
Parents order online — no money or paper forms for you to handle.

🏆 How long does it take to get the photos?

Galleries usually go live in 3–5 days after photo day. Parents get a direct link to view and order.

💻 How do parents order?

They’ll get a link by email and text. From there, they can buy prints, digitals, banners and more, all shipped straight to their door.

📅 What if a player misses photo day?

Because we build team photos from individual shots, we can still include players who missed — we just need to photograph them at another time. They can come right to our studio at 22 Colvin Ave, Albany NY.

📍 Can teams come to your studio instead?

Yes. If your field or gym doesn’t work well for setup, individual teams can book a time to come right to our studio.

📷 What about banners?

Parents can order individual banners right from their gallery.
If the league wants team banners, we can build those from the same individual images — just let us know ahead.

💵 What does it cost?

For traditional sessions, there’s no cost to the league or school.
Parents order what they want. Packages start around $27, with digital downloads, prints, and banners available.

Creative sessions are billed per team or through the league. We’ll go through that in detail on your consult call.

⏳ How early do you arrive?

We typically arrive 1–1.5 hours before start time to set up our backdrop and lighting.

📝 What do you need from us?

Just a simple roster file (CSV or Excel) with player names, jersey numbers, and parent emails — plus access to your space early to get everything ready.

🕒 How long does it take on photo day?

Most teams take 15–20 minutes. If you have multiple teams back-to-back, we’ll help build a schedule so there’s no waiting around.

🚀 How do we get started?

Just fill out the quick form on our Contact page or on our Sports page, and we’ll reach out to book a short call. After that, we handle the rest.
